Meet The People Behind The Business

In her early teenage years, Katie proudly represented her hometown of Ipswich as a carnival queen. Life in her early 20s tested that confidence as she navigated personal challenges. Reclaiming her boldness has become one of Katie's greatest superpowers and something she now helps others discover within themselves.

With an 18 year career in the hotel industry with a prestigious UK-based chain, Katie developed her leadership and people skills. She now brings this expertise to property investment and business coaching.

Today, that resilience is channelled into helping others build wealth and live fully. Katie also loves to step out in heels, turn up the sparkle and bring a little glamour wherever she goes.

After a brief stint as a professional footballer, including time with Norwich City FC and a season with AFC Bournemouth, Danny swapped the pitch for a life of entrepreneurship and hasn’t looked back.

His first venture into children’s sports coaching sparked a love for helping people achieve their goals – whether on the field or in business. Today, Danny tackles challenges head-on, mixing business strategy with a healthy dose of curiosity, humour and no-nonsense problem-solving. He thrives under pressure but he’s just as likely to be found cracking jokes in a boardroom as he is planning a multi-million-pound deal.

Football is still a passion but now Danny channels that same energy into coaching and mentoring both on and off the pitch.

Danny & Katie met in 2017, married two years later and in 2020 welcomed their son Bobby - the youngest of their six children. Life at Bloomfield HQ is a busy mix of school runs, sports clubs, teenage milestones and primary school chaos but it’s also what keeps them extremely grounded.

Love is their driving force. They believe in leading by example and showing their children that ambition and love can grow side by side and that dreams aren’t just possible - they’re worth chasing. At home and in business, they live by their values: being bold in love and leadership, living aligned with what matters most, taking full ownership of their choices, holding an outrageous belief in what’s possible and making sure everything they do truly matters.
